Come to the Winter Concert

Doors open at 6:00 PM

Location: Gym, enter from the Blacktop

Penn Alexander's much-loved annual winter concert will feature string, wind, and vocal students performing a range of repertoire. Volunteers are needed to help hand out programs, hold doors, sell and take tickets, usher, etc. All volunteers receive 2 free tickets! Also, Mrs. Zimmer is looking for a drummer. If you might be free and interested, please contact her.

Tickets are $5 for adults and free for children/students, but tickets are required for all (except performers) and will likely sell out. The deadline for advance purchase is Friday, December 12. All students must be accompanied by an adult.

School Advisory Council Meeting

Location: PAS Library

School Advisory Council (SAC) meets once a month and is a forum for discussion and collaboration with the PAS administration on school-based decision making with a focus on student achievement, school improvement, effective teaching, and parent and community engagement, communication, and support. Meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month and are open to everyone in the school community. Equity Circle Family Workshop

All are welcome to attend an Equity Circle Family Workshop. The focus will be on building community at PAS across our differences. This workshop is made possible through HSA funding, thanks to parent donations. Dinner and childcare will be provided.

Your child can also bring their completed flyer with cash or check on Picture Day. Please note orders after Picture Day must be placed online only.

Volunteers Needed: 10:30 AM-12:00 PM & 12:00-1:30 PM. Volunteers will receive a voucher for a FREE basic package from Lifetouch Pictures. (See Dr. Kreidle first before ordering.) Help students line up, comb hair, straighten collars, and provide general assistance to ensure Picture Day goes smoothly.
