Pre-order today on mylifetouch.com. Create an account or log in with your Picture Day ID: EVTJ3ZJ2V. Order before midnight on Picture Day to get FREE shipping! Your child can also bring their completed flyer with cash or check on Picture Day. Please note orders after Picture Day must be placed online only.

Volunteers Needed: 10:30 AM-12:00 PM & 12:00-1:30 PM. Volunteers will receive a voucher for a FREE basic package from Lifetouch Pictures. (See Dr. Kreidle first before ordering.) Help students line up, comb hair, straighten collars, and provide general assistance to ensure Picture Day goes smoothly.

Kids and adults: Come to school on October 31 dressed as your favorite book character! No full face masks, weapons, cultural appropriation, or inappropriate language.

Also, Penn Alexander School will be hosting its 24th Annual Harvest Food Drive to support the University City Hospitality Coalition. Drop off food and toiletries at school by November 14 or make a donation to UCHC. Learn more HERE.

School Advisory Council Meeting

Monday, October 27 at 6:00 PM

Location: Cafeteria, enter through Blacktop

School Advisory Council (SAC) meets once a month and is a forum for discussion and collaboration with the PAS administration on school-based decision making with a focus on student achievement, school improvement, effective teaching, and parent and community engagement, communication, and support. Meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month and are open to everyone in the school community. To learn more about Penn Alexander’s SAC and review a list of SAC members, please visit the SAC website.

The first SAC meeting of the year will be paired with Coffee with the Principal. Pizza and childcare provided, paid for by HSA funds.

About once a month Principal Overton hosts a meeting in the cafeteria. In these sessions, Dr. Overton shares valuable information and answers any questions parents may have. Her second session of the year will be paired with a SAC Meeting.
