From the HSA...

Nominating Committee

The HSA is seeking people to serve on the Nominating Committee to help tap their networks for a diverse group of future board members and guide the elections process. The main duties of the nominating committee are:

  • meet once or twice to learn the process and brainstorm names
  • confirm and advertise the open positions
  • reach out one-on-one to potential recruits

For full details on committee responsibilities, refer to Article 7 of the HSA Bylaws

If interested, please log in and contact HSA board member Cynthia Sung.

Ice Skating Party Chair Needed

The HSA is also looking for a chairperson and volunteers to help lead the Ice Skating Party, to be held sometime in March. Responsibilities would include:

  • Confirm dates and details with the Penn Rink
  • Manage volunteers in advance and at the party
  • Serve as liaison between the board, rink, and volunteers
  • Help with plans and communications
  • Update existing project plan

If interested, please log in and contact HSA board member Chrissie Hill-Kayser. Without a chairperson, we will probably not hold this event this year.
