Message from the Principal

Dear PAS Families:

Show night is almost here!  Willy Wonka, Jr. opens on Tuesday and will run through Thursday.  Show is at 7pm with blacktop (43rd Street) doors opening at 6:30pm.  We will send home the remaining presales orders tomorrow.     We have a few tickets left (Tuesday: 25; Wednesday: 13; Thursday: 38) that can be purchased for $15 each at the door with either a credit card or cash.

Show nights will also include:

Silent Auction: featured artwork from our design crew and PAS students. A silent auction will take place to bid on the pieces, and you will be notified if you win. Also, Heather Gardner Studio and All Around This World donated music lessons for the auction!

Kisses for the Cast: Show the cast, choir, and crew how proud you are by writing messages for the cast and purchasing "Kisses for the Cast." Hershey Kisses will be 25 cents each or 5/$1 (CASH ONLY)

PAS 5K/1 Mile Fun Run

Our culminating event of the year is just around the corner!   Last day to preregister for the PAS 5K/1 Mile Fun Run is May 26.  After this date, families can still participate by registering the morning of the race, starting at 7:30am.

Starting this year, we will no longer be sending home race packets with students. Packet pick-up will occur in/near the PAS cafeteria on Thursday, May 30th and Friday, May 31st from 8 - 9 A.M. and 3 - 6:15 P.M. Race packets will also be available at the Day of Registration table across from the PAS front door in the courtyard on race day but we strongly encourage families not to wait until the morning of the race as there will not be storage to hold your packet or shirt.

While we have plenty of school remaining, we want to give families a heads up about school supplies for next year.  Please plan now so that your child(ren) can start the 24-25 school year off with a smooth start.  All the 24-25 school supply program details for each grade can be found here, including deadlines for participation.

We have lots of events and fun planned as we wrap up the 23-24 school so be sure to check out our reminder section below if you have signed up yet.

New Driver and Biker Drop-Off & Pick Up Plan

In our continued effort to improve the drop off and pick up experience for our drivers and the safety of our students, we are launching a new plan for drivers and bikers.  Spruce and Locust Streets are 20 minute stopping zones and provide an entire block of space for drivers that would like to walk with their child.  Please click HERE to learn more.  We will be handing out fliers and sending them home in the pony.
