Learn Something New at the Math Festival!
Thursday, March 20: 5-7 PM
Location: Lunchroom and Gym (enter from Blacktop)
Spend an evening doing puzzles, games, and learn some math too! Learn through play together with your children and see first-hand how to support them in their math studies. This event will show you how to make math fun and help with fluency.
Bring your family to explore math in a collaborative atmosphere. Choose a table with a puzzle or game, and see if you can solve it before moving to the next table. The activities can be enjoyed for kids as young as kindergarten and as old as adulthood, so ask your family to join you. All are welcome! Ms. Brittany Hess, Penn GSE Research; Principal Overton; Assistant Principal Talbert, and many of the teachers will be present. Middle school students will help lead the games for the younger students. More (new) games offered this year!
