The Ice Skating Party is an annual HSA event held at the Penn Ice Skating Rink, sometime in March. It's a lot of fun for the whole family, but hosting an event at a non-school location means managing a few extra details. Luckily there is already a detailed project plan!
The HSA is looking for a chairperson and volunteers to help lead this event. Responsibilities would include:
- Confirm dates and details with the Penn Rink
- Manage volunteers in advance and at the party
- Serve as liaison between the board, rink, and volunteers
- Help with plans and communications
- Update existing project plan
