Field Trips for the 2024-25 School Year

Penn Alexander School is pleased to offer so many field trips for our students! You must be logged in to pay.

Please note that field trips are available to ALL students, regardless of financial situation. Please consider making an additional donation to cover the cost of chaperones and families who may not be able to pay. If you are unable to pay, please contact your child's teacher or Dr. Kreidle.

Field Trips that do not have a cost will not be listed below. Chaperones must have clearances.

monday, november 18: 5th grade trip to historic rittenhouse town

2 chaperones needed / class. Siblings are not permitted on field trips.

Attire: This is an outdoor trip. Please make sure your child wears walking shoes (not sandals/flip flops).

Lunch: Bring a bagged lunch with water (no glass or heat-ups).

Permission slip and payment ($20-$40) due November 11.

friday, november 21 (Maguire) & 22 (moon): 7th grade trip to Philadelphia museum of art

2 chaperones needed / class.

Attire: PAS school uniform and comfortable walking shoes.

Permission slip and payment ($15) due November 15.

monday, december 2: 3rd grade trip to the franklin institute

5 chaperones needed / class. Chaperones are free, but memberships are not applicable for admission

for students or chaperones.

Attire: PAS school uniform with comfortable walking shoes.

Lunch: Bring a bagged lunch with water (no glass or heat-ups).

Permission slip and payment ($20) due November 30.

FRiday, december 20: 4th grade trip to arden theatre's production of peter pan

1 chaperone needed / class.

Attire: PAS school uniform with comfortable walking shoes.

Permission slip and payment ($20-$30) due December 5.

friday, december 20: 6th, 7th, and 8th grade trip to Penn women's basketball game at the palestra

2-3 chaperones needed / class.

Attire: PAS school uniform with comfortable walking shoes and warm outerwear for the walk.

Lunch: Bring a bagged lunch with water (no glass or heat-ups).

Permission slip and payment ($5) due December 12.
